Blue Willow Coffee moves to Willis tiny house

Blue Willow Coffee is undergoing a significant operational restructuring, returning to its mobile roots with a new tiny house drive-thru concept slated for Willis in the first quarter of 2025. The innovative new location will be situated at The Corner Shops, 10300 FM 1097, offering convenient drive-thru and walk-up service. While indoor seating will not be available, outdoor seating options will be provided for patrons.

This strategic move marks a consolidation of Blue Willow Coffee's current operations. The company's mobile unit in Conroe officially ceased operations on September 29th of last year. Additionally, the existing brick-and-mortar cafe in Conroe, located at 1419 Research Forest Drive, Suite 210, is scheduled to close its doors early next year, aligning with the opening of the new Willis tiny house.

Owners Scott and Megan Campbell stated that the decision to streamline their business is driven by a desire to simplify operations, intensify their focus on product quality, and allow for more time with family.

Despite the consolidation, Blue Willow Coffee is not abandoning the mobile concept entirely. The company is actively planning the launch of a new mobile unit specifically for the Montgomery area, expected to debut by late 2024.
