Taquizas Tacolicious, a new destination for authentic Mexican cuisine, officially opened its doors in Montgomery on September 18th. The restaurant is located at 20680 FM 1097, Suite C, within the Waterpoint Town Center development, offering residents and visitors a fresh dining option.
Diners at Taquizas Tacolicious can explore a menu rich with traditional flavors. Signature offerings include street tacos with a variety of fillings such as al pastor, birria, steak, and chicken. The restaurant also serves loaded nachos, quesadillas, and fajitas, all prepared to deliver a genuine taste of Mexico.
Owner Martin Mendez brings extensive experience to the new Montgomery establishment. Mendez previously operated another Taquizas Tacolicious location in Shenandoah, at 1500 Research Forest Drive, for eight years. He made the decision to close the Shenandoah restaurant when his lease concluded, opting to relocate to Montgomery in pursuit of a more modern space that provides better parking solutions for his customers.
The new Montgomery location features an outdoor patio, providing an additional dining area for guests who wish to enjoy their meals al fresco.
Taquizas Tacolicious operates Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant extends its hours, serving customers until 10 p.m.
