Owners Craig and Lisa Nelson, longtime residents of the Montgomery area, have poured their vision into creating a community hub. “We saw a need for a truly fun, casual, and family-friendly spot where everyone could feel at home,” Lisa Nelson shared. “Our goal with Parrot’s Nest was to offer a relaxed atmosphere with great food and entertainment, a place where memories are made.”

The decor evokes a laid-back, tropical vibe, fitting for its “Parrot’s Nest” moniker, with colorful accents and comfortable seating arrangements.

Signature items already generating buzz include their “Tropical Burger,” topped with pineapple and bacon, a selection of loaded sandwiches like the “Parrot’s Perch Philly,” crisp salads, and hearty entrees such as grilled chicken and steak options.
