New Charcuterie Spot, The Grazery, Opens in Magnolia

**The Grazery Brings Artisan Charcuterie and Local Flavors to Magnolia’s Two Step Farm**

MAGNOLIA, TX – Food enthusiasts in Magnolia have a delicious new destination to explore with the recent opening of The Grazery, a bespoke charcuterie business located at Two Step Farm. Owner Sarah Johnson officially opened her doors in mid-February 2026, offering an array of custom-made charcuterie boards, boxes, and individual cups, all crafted with a strong emphasis on locally sourced ingredients.

Situated at 30510 Nichols Sawmill Rd., The Grazery is poised to become a staple for both everyday indulgences and special event catering. Johnson, a long-time Magnolia resident with a passion for culinary artistry and community connection, envisioned a space where high-quality, beautifully presented food could be easily accessible.

“I’ve always loved the art of entertaining and creating beautiful food experiences,” Johnson shared, reflecting on her inspiration. “The idea for The Grazery grew from a desire to combine that passion with my commitment to supporting local farmers and producers here in Montgomery County and the broader Southeast Texas region. When the opportunity arose at Two Step Farm, it felt like the perfect home for this concept.”

The Grazery’s menu features a rotating selection of artisanal cheeses from regional dairies, cured meats from local smokehouses, seasonal fruits and vegetables from nearby farms, homemade jams, local honey, and freshly baked breads. Customers can walk in to pick up a grab-and-go charcuterie cup or small box perfect for a picnic or light snack. For larger gatherings, Johnson specializes in crafting elaborate custom boards designed to suit any taste, theme, or dietary preference, catering for everything from intimate dinners to grand corporate events and weddings.

Two Step Farm, already a beloved local landmark known for its community events and picturesque setting, provides an ideal backdrop for The Grazery. The synergy between Johnson’s focus on local ingredients and the farm’s agricultural roots enhances the overall experience for visitors.

“Our goal is to make gourmet grazing effortless and enjoyable,” Johnson explained. “Whether you need a quick, delicious bite on the go or a show-stopping display for your next celebration, we handle all the details, ensuring every piece is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully arranged.”

The Grazery is currently open Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Patrons are encouraged to stop by during operating hours or place custom orders in advance. Johnson also plans to host charcuterie workshops and tasting events in the coming months, further integrating The Grazery into the vibrant Magnolia community.
