**Conroe Organizations Announce Spring Fundraisers to Benefit Scholarships, Community**

CONROE, TX – Two prominent local organizations, the Conroe Noon Lions Club and the Montgomery County A&M Club, are gearing up for a pair of highly anticipated fundraising events this spring, both dedicated to supporting scholarships for local students and funding other vital charitable initiatives within the community.

First on the calendar is the Conroe Noon Lions Club’s much-loved **Annual Pancake Supper**, an event that has become a cherished tradition in Conroe. This year’s supper is uniquely scheduled for **Thursday, February 29th**, aligning with Leap Day, from **5 to 8 PM**. The event will be held at the **Conroe First United Methodist Church, located at 4308 W. Davis St. in Conroe**.

Attendees can look forward to a hearty meal for **$10 per adult**, while children aged 12 and under can enjoy their meal for **$5**. All proceeds from the Pancake Supper directly benefit the Conroe Noon Lions Club’s scholarship program for graduating high school seniors in the Conroe area, as well as their ongoing sight-related and community service projects.

“Our annual Pancake Supper isn’t just a delicious meal; it’s a cornerstone of our efforts to support deserving students in our community,” said Dr. Scott Perry, President of the Conroe Noon Lions Club. “Every pancake sold helps us fund scholarships that enable local youth to pursue their educational dreams, as well as support our various sight-related and community service projects. We invite everyone to join us on Leap Day for an evening of good food and great company, all for a fantastic cause.” Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.

Looking ahead to April, the Montgomery County A&M Club is orchestrating its **14th Annual Wine & Beer Tour** on **Saturday, April 6th**, running from **1 to 5 PM**. The festive tour will kick off from **Pacific Yard House, at 101 Metcalf St. in Conroe**.

From the starting point, participants will embark on a journey to explore a selection of the area’s finest local establishments. This year’s featured stops include Southern Star Brewing Co., B-52 Brewing, Fass Brewing, Copperhead Brewery, Bartlett’s Distillery, H-Wines, Craft Grill, and The Ferm.

Tickets for the tour are available for **$40 in advance** or **$45 on the day of the event**. Each ticket includes 12 samples of beverages, a commemorative souvenir glass, and a koozie. For convenience and safety, a dedicated shuttle service will be provided to transport tour-goers between all participating locations.

“The Wine & Beer Tour is one of our signature events, bringing together the community to enjoy the incredible craft beverage scene we have here in Montgomery County, all while making a tangible difference,” commented Marcus Talamantez, President of the Montgomery County A&M Club. “The scholarships we raise through this tour directly impact local students attending Texas A&M University, helping them achieve their academic goals and strengthening the Aggie network for generations to come.”

Generous sponsors for this year’s Wine & Beer Tour include Gullo Ford, Mike and Judy Gentry, and Dr. Greg and Linda Smith.

Both events offer fantastic opportunities for community members to enjoy local camaraderie while contributing to causes that empower future generations and enrich the Conroe area.
