1. **Bobby and Nancy Madeley Elementary School (Elementary No. 27):** Located at 2355 FM 1791, just west of I-45, this new elementary campus is designed to serve families in the burgeoning western corridor of the district. It will specifically relieve student populations from Stewart, Wilkerson, and Giesinger elementary schools, which have experienced substantial enrollment increases in recent years. The school is named in honor of Bobby and Nancy Madeley, longtime community advocates and educators within Conroe ISD.

2. **Scott and Sue Palmer Elementary School (Elementary No. 28):** Situated in the heart of the bustling Grand Central Park area at 2921 Grand Central Parkway, Palmer Elementary will provide relief to Hope and Cryar elementary schools.
