Conservatory at Montgomery: New Assisted Living & Memory Care

**Conservatory at Montgomery to Open Early 2025, Addressing Growing Senior Care Demand in Lake Conroe Area**

**MONTGOMERY, TX –** The Lake Conroe region’s rapidly expanding senior population is set to gain a significant new resource with the Conservatory at Montgomery, an assisted living and memory care facility scheduled to open its doors in early 2025. Located at 10170 Highway 105 W in Montgomery, the state-of-the-art community will offer comprehensive care and amenities for up to 127 residents.

The project is being developed and will be operated by Experience Senior Living (ESL), a Denver, Colorado-based company known for its innovative approach to senior care nationwide. Phill Barklow, CEO of Experience Senior Living, emphasized the company’s commitment to creating vibrant communities that foster independence and well-being. “We are thrilled to bring the Conservatory at Montgomery to this dynamic region,” Barklow stated. “Our goal is to create a true home where residents can thrive, engage, and receive the personalized support they need in a beautiful, purpose-built environment.”

The facility is thoughtfully designed with two distinct sections to cater to varying levels of need. Eighty-five units will be dedicated to assisted living residents, providing support with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, and mobility, alongside medication management and a robust calendar of social activities. The remaining 42 units will form a specialized memory care wing, meticulously tailored to individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. This secure environment will feature specialized programming, cognitive engagement activities, and a highly trained staff dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care.

Residents at Conservatory at Montgomery can anticipate a luxurious and engaging lifestyle. Amenities will include chef-prepared meals served in elegant dining venues, a diverse range of fitness programs designed for all abilities, and personalized care plans crafted to meet individual needs and preferences. Each resident will enjoy a private apartment, complemented by multiple inviting common areas perfect for socializing, relaxation, and scheduled events. An on-site activities director will coordinate a full schedule of engagements, from educational seminars and creative arts workshops to local outings and intergenerational programs.

“The demand for high-quality senior living options, particularly those offering specialized memory care, continues to grow exponentially in areas like Montgomery,” said Sarah Jenkins, a local senior care consultant. “This new facility will undoubtedly fill a critical need and provide peace of mind for families in our community.”

The opening of Conservatory at Montgomery is also expected to provide a significant boost to the local economy, creating numerous jobs in healthcare, hospitality, and administration both during the construction phase and upon its opening. ESL is known for prioritizing local hiring and community integration.

While specific pricing will vary based on care levels and apartment selections, services at Conservatory at Montgomery are expected to begin around $5,500 per month.
