**Montgomery County Food Bank Unveils Honorees for Crucial 2026 “Harvesting Hope” Gala**

**THE WOODLANDS, TX – February 21, 2025** – The Montgomery County Food Bank (MCFB) has officially announced its distinguished honorees for the highly anticipated 2026 “Harvesting Hope” gala, an event critical to sustaining its mission to combat hunger across the county. Scheduled for Sunday, February 22, 2026, the evening of philanthropy and community spirit will run from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center.

The annual fundraiser serves as the bedrock for the Food Bank’s operational budget, with every dollar raised translating into an impressive five meals for individuals and families in need throughout Montgomery County. Last year’s 2025 gala, for example, successfully brought in over $400,000, directly providing more than 2 million nutritious meals to the community.

This year’s Food Bank Visionary Award will be proudly presented to **Margie and Jeff Woods**. Longtime residents and philanthropists in Montgomery County, the Woods have been instrumental in various community initiatives and have demonstrated profound dedication to the Food Bank’s long-term sustainability and growth.
