Montgomery to Welcome New Hollywood-Themed Restaurant, Welcome to The Oscars, in Early 2025

Montgomery is set to welcome a sophisticated new dining experience with the upcoming opening of Welcome to The Oscars, a Hollywood-themed restaurant envisioned by local restaurateur Mike Gieser. Known for his successful local establishments Amici’s and Prime 105, Gieser is bringing a unique, high-end concept to the Montgomery Plaza retail center.

Located at 22756 Highway 105 West, Suite 100, construction for Welcome to The Oscars commenced in July 2024, with a grand opening anticipated for early spring 2025. Once completed, the restaurant will feature seating for 150 to 175 patrons.

Gieser’s vision for Welcome to The Oscars aims to transform dining into an event, capturing the glamour of classic Hollywood. The interior design will embody an upscale ambiance, incorporating dark wood, rich fabrics, and an array of photographs celebrating famous Hollywood stars. Distinctive features planned include a “Walk of Fame” at the entrance to greet guests and a private “Green Room” dining area, ideal for smaller groups seeking an exclusive experience.

The culinary focus will be on a refined menu, specializing in premium steak, fresh seafood, and expertly prepared pasta dishes. An extensive wine list and a selection of handcrafted cocktails are also planned to complement the dining experience.

This new venture reinforces Gieser’s dedication to enriching Montgomery’s culinary landscape, offering residents and visitors a distinctive, upscale destination for dining and entertainment.
