RV Tattoo Artist Charged in Fentanyl Overdose

**Tattoo Artist Charged After Client Overdoses on Fentanyl in Montgomery County**

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A Montgomery County woman is facing a felony drug charge after she allegedly supplied fentanyl to a client who overdosed immediately following a tattoo session in a makeshift parlor operated out of an RV. The incident, which occurred last week, underscores the ongoing dangers of illicit drug use and unregulated services in the community.

Alexzandria Shae Clark, 27, was arrested Monday, June 10, by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) and charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. She is currently held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $50,000 bond.

The incident unfolded on Friday, June 7, around 3:45 p.m., at an RV parked off the 17200 block of North Freeway, an unincorporated area north of The Woodlands known for its busy commercial corridors. According to initial reports from the MCSO, the RV was reportedly being used as an unregistered tattoo parlor.

Investigators say a 23-year-old woman, whose identity has not been released due to privacy concerns, had just received a tattoo from Clark. Shortly after the procedure, the client allegedly either purchased or was given fentanyl by Clark and ingested the potent opioid, leading to an immediate overdose.

Paramedics from the Montgomery County Fire Department (MCFD) were quickly dispatched to the scene. Thanks to the rapid administration of Narcan, a life-saving medication used to reverse opioid overdoses, the woman was revived. She was then transported to a local hospital, where she is expected to make a full recovery.

Following the overdose, MCSO investigators launched an immediate inquiry. During their investigation, deputies reportedly found fentanyl residue and various drug paraphernalia inside the RV. Based on these findings, an arrest warrant was issued for Clark, leading to her apprehension on Monday.

The charge of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance is a serious felony in Texas, with penalties varying based on the amount of substance involved and prior criminal history. As of Tuesday, Clark remained in custody, awaiting further legal proceedings. Her first court appearance has not yet been publicly scheduled.

This incident serves as a stark reminder of the escalating fentanyl crisis plaguing communities nationwide, including Montgomery County. Fentanyl, a synthetic opioid 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine, can be lethal even in minute doses. Authorities urge residents to exercise extreme caution regarding illicit substances and to report any suspicious activities to law enforcement.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office encourages anyone with information regarding illegal drug activity to contact them at 936-760-5800 or through Multi-County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-392-STOP (7867). Resources for those struggling with addiction are also available through local health departments and non-profit organizations.
