Whitney Long Weds Joshua Stallings

Whitney Ann Long and Joshua Alan Stallings were united in marriage on November 5, 2011, at the Bentwater Country Club in Montgomery, Texas. The elegant ceremony brought together families from Montgomery and Conroe to celebrate the couple's special day.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Long of Montgomery. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Stallings of Conroe. Reverend Dr. Daniel L. Long, the bride’s uncle, officiated the heartfelt service.

Amy Long, the bride's sister, served as Maid of Honor. Joshua’s brother, Andrew Stallings, stood as Best Man. The wedding party included Ashley and Amber Stallings, Austin, Clayton, and Cole Long, Amanda Brawner, Lindsey Johnson, Brittney Jones, Mark Smith, and Stephen Smith. Young cousins Abby and Katie Long charmed guests as flower girls, alongside Jackson and Harrison Long as ring bearers.

Following the ceremony, guests joined the newlyweds for a reception, also held at the Bentwater Country Club. The couple then embarked on a romantic honeymoon to Maui, Hawaii, before establishing their first home together in College Station, Texas.

Both Whitney and Joshua share a common bond as alumni of Texas A&M University, where they both graduated in 2011. Whitney, a 2007 alumna of Montgomery High School, earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Joshua, who graduated from Conroe High School in 2007, received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. At the time of their wedding, Whitney was employed by First Investors Corporation in Houston, and Joshua worked for LJA Engineering, Inc., also in Houston.
