Director of Human Resources

Manages the strategic direction of all human resource functions for the City of Conroe, including recruitment, compensation, training, benefits administration, equal employment opportunity, employee relations, personnel records and risk management. Serves as Civil Service Director at the discretion of the Civil Service Commission.
