Benny Hash Opens Modern Comfort Eatery in Montgomery

MONTGOMERY, Texas — A new destination for breakfast and brunch enthusiasts has officially arrived in Montgomery. Benny Hash opened its doors on May 3, bringing its scratch-kitchen approach to American comfort food to the Heritage Place shopping center at 20350 Eva St., Suite 100.

The restaurant aims to distinguish itself from traditional diners by blending classic breakfast staples with modern culinary twists. The extensive menu features a variety of house-made pancakes, Belgian waffles, and omelets, alongside a curated selection of eggs Benedict, gourmet sandwiches, and handcrafted burgers.

The Montgomery location marks a significant expansion for the brand, which first gained local popularity at its original site in Cypress. Owners have designed the new space with an industrial modern farmhouse aesthetic, creating a warm yet contemporary atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious, boasting 150 indoor seats, and offers additional patio seating for diners looking to enjoy their meal outdoors.

The decision to establish a presence in Montgomery comes as the area continues to see rapid growth and a demand for new dining experiences. By focusing on a kitchen that prepares dishes from scratch daily, Benny Hash intends to serve as a community hub for early risers and lunch crowds alike.

For those planning to visit, Benny Hash is open Tuesday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The eatery is closed on Mondays.
