Conroe City Council voted 4-1 to expand its surveillance network, adding 30 Flock Safety ALPR cameras for a total of 70. This $700k investment over 4 years (annual $175k) was backed by Police Chief Christy, citing 340 investigations & 150 stolen vehicle recoveries. Data is purged in 30 days.
