Conroe Flock Camera Ballot Petition Drive Kicks Off

Conroe council members Shana Arthur and David Hairel were first to sign Saturday as a petition drive began at the county courthouse to put license plate reader cameras to a public vote. Organizer James Fletes aims for about 1,300 signatures.
