Crumbl Cookies Opens in The Woodlands

Crumbl Cookies officially opened its doors in The Woodlands on June 7 at 1201 Lake Woodlands Dr.

THE WOODLANDS — The local dessert scene expanded on Friday, June 7, as Crumbl Cookies officially opened its doors in The Woodlands. Located at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive, Suite 400, the new storefront is situated within the bustling Portofino shopping center, offering a fresh destination for those with a sweet tooth.

The franchise is led by local owner Ben Tipton, who has spent months preparing to bring the rapidly growing national brand to the area. For Tipton, the grand opening was a highlight of his entrepreneurial journey, and he noted that the immediate local reception exceeded his expectations.

I have been absolutely blown away by the support from The Woodlands community right out of the gate, Tipton said. It is clear that this area has a real appetite for what we are doing here.

Crumbl Cookies has gained a massive following across the United States, largely due to its unique approach to the dessert industry. The brand operates on a rotating menu model, which has become a hallmark of their marketing strategy. While the store serves its signature Milk Chocolate Chip and Chilled Pink Sugar cookies every day, four additional specialty flavors are introduced to the menu every Monday.

The bakery is designed with an open-kitchen concept, allowing customers to watch the staff mix, bake, and decorate the cookies in real-time. Each order is presented in the company’s signature long pink box, an aesthetic that has become highly recognizable on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

The new location offers several service options to accommodate residents of The Woodlands, including in-store ordering, curbside pickup, and local delivery. Those planning office events, parties, or weddings can also utilize the shop’s catering services.

Operating hours for the new site are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and extended hours on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. In keeping with the company’s nationwide policy, the store remains closed on Sundays.

Crumbl Cookies was founded in 2017 in Logan, Utah, by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley. Since its inception, the company has grown into one of the fastest-growing dessert chains in the country, with hundreds of locations now operating across the U.S. and Canada.

For more information on current weekly flavors or to place an order, residents can visit the official website at www.crumblcookies.com or download the Crumbl mobile app.
