Montgomery Council Rejects Duplex Rezoning

Montgomery City Council on Oct. 13 unanimously denied rezoning a 0.7-acre single-family lot for two duplexes after residents asked to keep the small-town feel and protect property values. Planning and zoning had also recommended denial.
