Pct 4 Seeks Suspect in HEB Indecent Exposure

Montgomery County Precinct 4 authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who entered an HEB grocery store in The Woodlands late Sunday night and exposed himself to two employees.
The incident occurred at the HEB located at 2110 FM 1488. According to investigators, the suspect entered the building through a rear door in the receiving area between late Sunday, June 2, and the early morning hours of Monday, June 3. Once inside, the man encountered two female employees and exposed himself before fleeing the scene.
Precinct 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden’s office confirmed that investigators have secured surveillance footage from the store. Detectives are currently reviewing the video to establish a clear timeline of the suspect's movements and to gather more details for a formal identification.
The suspect is described as a male with light-colored hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a dark baseball cap, a dark t-shirt featuring a distinctive white graphic—described by witnesses as possibly depicting a wolf or a similar animal—and dark-colored athletic shorts. Police have not yet identified a vehicle associated with the suspect, and it remains unclear how he left the premises after the encounter.
Indecent exposure is classified as a criminal offense in Texas. Under state law, the act of exposing one’s anus or any part of the genitals with intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person, or to recklessly alarm or offend others, carries significant legal consequences. Local law enforcement typically treats such breaches of private security at commercial properties with high priority, given the potential for escalation.
HEB has been cooperating with the Precinct 4 investigation. While the store is a high-traffic location, the unauthorized entry through a restricted receiving area highlights concerns regarding building security protocols.
Authorities are urging anyone who may recognize the individual or who has information related to the incident to come forward. Tips can be directed to the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office at 281-577-8985. Callers should ask to speak with Detective T. White.
Updates on this investigation will be provided as more information becomes available.
