Conroe OKs $275K ADA playground for Oscar Johnson

Conroe approved $275K for Oscar Johnson Community Center's playground renovation. The overhaul replaces 20-year-old, unsafe, non-ADA equipment with modern, shaded, rubberized structures by late summer/early fall. Funded by impact & park fees, it's part of a larger center update.
