Hertha Metals plans $100M rare-earth magnet plant in Conroe

Hertha Metals is building a $100M rare-earth magnet plant in Conroe, TX, its first in N. America. This major supply chain shift will produce critical EV, wind, & defense components, reducing US import dependence and creating 130 high-skilled jobs.
