Incumbent Will Metcalf, R-Conroe, faces Democrat Bobbie Clayton on Nov. 3 for House District 16, covering Conroe and northern Montgomery County. Metcalf cited tax relief and Conroe water funding. Clayton did not return Community Impact's questionnaire. Early voting is Oct. 19–30.
