GCP Paper invests $300M, 150 jobs in East Montgomery

GCP Paper USA Inc. is investing $300M to build a recycled containerboard plant in New Caney, Texas. Set for late 2026 operation, the facility will produce 1,000 tons/day from recycled fiber, creating 150 jobs and major economic benefits for the region.
