CHP Management Opens New Conroe Office

CHP Management Opens New Conroe Office

CONROE, Texas — CHP Management, a diversified firm specializing in commercial, office, and multi-family property development, officially expanded its regional footprint this week with the opening of a new office in Conroe. The company held a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, May 7, at their new headquarters located at 2200 FM 3083, Suite 100.

The event, facilitated by the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, served as a formal introduction for the firm to the local business community. Partners Matt Cooper, Scott Harris, and Tyler Hayes were present to welcome attendees and outline the firm’s vision for its expansion into the Montgomery County market.

The move comes as Conroe continues to rank among the fastest-growing cities in the United States. According to recent U.S. Census Bureau data, the city has seen consistent double-digit population growth over the past decade, driven by an influx of residential development and corporate relocations to the Houston metropolitan periphery.

The ribbon-cutting drew a high-profile crowd of local leaders, underscoring the importance of the new development to the city's infrastructure. Among the officials in attendance were Conroe City Councilman Harry Hardman, Assistant Chief Joe Smart of the Conroe Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Commander Zach Vercher, and Battalion Chief Mike Brown of the Conroe Fire Department.

For CHP Management, which oversees a portfolio of properties across Texas, Arizona, and Florida, the decision to plant roots in Conroe was calculated based on the region's long-term economic trajectory.

Matt Cooper, a partner at CHP Management, stated that the firm was drawn to the area specifically because of its robust development pipeline and the chance to integrate into a community that prioritizes managed growth. He emphasized that the new FM 3083 location will function as the primary hub for the company's regional operations, signaling a long-term commitment to the area.

Local business analysts note that the arrival of property management firms like CHP often follows the rapid expansion of multi-family and commercial sectors. As Conroe continues to transition from a suburban hub to a self-sustaining regional center, the demand for sophisticated property management services has increased significantly.

The Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce, which has been active in recruiting new businesses to the area, highlighted the new office as a positive indicator of the city’s ability to attract professional services firms. The Chamber maintains an active portal for community business news and economic updates at conroe.org.

With the new office now operational, CHP Management intends to leverage its expertise in commercial and multi-family assets to assist in the ongoing development of the Conroe landscape. The company plans to focus its initial efforts on fostering relationships with local stakeholders and integrating into the regional real estate network.
